Gospel Oak Studio
Situated just east of Birmingham in the Warwickshire countryside, Gospel Oak Studio is a private recording facility for the exclusive use of Gospel Oak Records and associates.
Working closely with equipment suppliers Kazbar Systems we were able to quickly realise a complete audio cabling solution.
The patching system was configured around three Mosses and Mitchell bantam bays, accommodating all connections from the SSL AWS900 console, Prism converters, and outboard gear. We also allowed provision of spare connections to the bantam bays for future equipment integration. All fan equipped gear was located in a separate machine room and ample feeds to and from the live areas were also provided. Many of the cables could be manufactured and tested in our workshop enabling quick and easy installation.

The Parlour Studios
When Neil Haynes and Russ Russell of The Parlour decided it was time for a rewire they contacted us for a solution.
Featuring an Audient ASP console at the heart of the system we installed a bantam bay solution to bring all eighty two mix and channel inserts to patchbays, alongside outboard gear. We also installed new multicores for the audio interfaces and outboard gear, and a new wallbox feed from the main live room.
With The Parlour being such a busy studio the biggest hurdle was finding a time window in which to do the rewire, but with careful planning and the use of easy to connect d-sub bantam patchbays we were able to do all soldering and cable testing in our workshop, requiring just one day on-site for installation. By early evening the studio was powered up and fully tested, ready for session the following day.

Other recent works:
Many of our installations are undertaken in conjunction with established studio builders and equipment suppliers.
Working with Studio Creations Ltd we supplied and installed the cables and patchbays for Jamie Cullum's new studio, and also wired up a couple of bantam patchbays for Chase and Status. We have also recently completed the audio wiring for Chris Wolsteholme's (MUSE) new studio. Working closely with the team at Studio Creations we were able to seamlessly integrate our workflow into the overall build schedule, shipping bulk cable to site during the build phase whilst configuring patch panels and soldering patchbays in our workshop, for the final installation just a few weeks later.
In conjunction with Kazbar Systems Ltd we have rewired Universal Music's Fulham Broadway studio one, installed a custom d-sub patching solution for Mark Brydon (previously of Moloko) down at Canalot Studios, and we also supplied and installed cables for a new installation at RGS studios in Milton Keynes.
We also continue to provide solutions and support for our existing clients.
