Q. What connectors do you use? A. We strongly favour the industry standard Neutrik range of connectors, well engineered, easy to terminate, excellent cable retention, ultimate reliability. Q.What cable do you use? A. Most of our products feature Van Damme or Quartex branded cable, we also use Sommer, JTC and Klotz cable for some applications. We use cable with superior mechanical and electrical properties. Flexibility, screening, resistance and capacitance being some of the most important factors, we don't care much for cryogenically frozen hifi cables costing hundreds of pounds per metre. Q. How do I order? A. For most common cable assemblies check out our ebay store. For custom cables simply email or phone us to place your order, we'll confirm prices and turnaround times. Where possible we prefer larger orders to be clearly specified in email with particular attention to any required loom numbering, tail lengths, and pinouts, this way both parties have full specifications in writing and we can be confident that your cables will perform exactly as required straight out of the box. At certain times our workshop can be very busy, particularly if we have installation contracts underway, if you need your cables in a hurry we suggest you contact us for a lead time. We don't make delivery promises we can't keep. Q. What payment methods do you accept? A. We accept payment by cheque, account transfer, or via Paypal (all major credit cards processed). We do not process credit cards directly over the phone. Q. How much is delivery? A. Delivery from £3.00 for shorter single cables which are sent via 1st class post. For longer cables and all multicores we charge up to £8.00 for courier service. We use UKMail and UPS courier services so a signature is required upon delivery. No shipping charge on orders over £250 excluding VAT.
